I have bought 3 different vehicles from Shane, the salesman. He was very great to work with, and Joey the Finance manager made all the effort to get me what I needed. Jake the owner went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicles and got the best deal possible. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

As a new resident to West Plains, I highly recommend Southern Hills Auto Plaza! Shortly after buying a Chrysler Pacifica, it had a minor actuator issue. Since it’s my only vehicle, Jake (the manager) went above and beyond by picking it up from my home and returning it at no cost. He dealt directly with Gary's Tire and Automotive, who did an excellent job resolving the problem quickly. I have never experienced better customer service at a used dealership—go see Jake!

Great dealership. Over the years I've purchased 6 vehicles from Shane and the team at southern hills. Very friendly, polite, and welcoming. No pushy sales and quality vehicles on their lot. Upfront pricing and no fake advertising. Best dealership we've found and we will continue shopping for our vehicles in the future with Shane. Everyone treats you like family. Easiest car buying experience.

if your looking for a family friendly dealership with zero fake advertising and no hidden fees call and ask for Shane or anyone on the team. Bought 6 vehicles from Shane over the years and everytime its smooth, fast and upfront. no bs waiting and sales gimmicks. Great people to buy from and will continue to purchase from Shane and the team in future.

My finance needed a new car and after looking at several places, he found a vehicle he wanted at Southern Hills Auto Plaza. We went in to ask about the vehicle and everyone was super nice and helpful. They had just gotten the vehicle in and didn’t know much about it. After a test drive we decided to buy it. The next day it started giving us issues. We took it back and explained the problems, they didn’t give us any fuss and helped us find a better vehicle with better financing. They answered all of our questions and were so professional. I am so glad we went through them to get a vehicle. They have the best customer service I’ve come across in such a long time. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
